3. Damaged or Defective Items

We reserve the right to determine whether the item is defective due to manufacturing or shipping issues.
If a replacement is approved, we will send a new item at no additional cost. Refunds are not available, even for defective items—only replacements.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for such cases.
