2. Returns of Unopened Products (14 Days)
Unopened and sealed food products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The product has not been opened
- The original seal is intact
- The product is unused
- All original labels, seals, and packaging are intact and unaltered
Products that do not meet the above conditions are not eligible for return.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- All return shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
4. Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, and if it complies with the return conditions, a refund will be issued
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
If the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria, no refund will be issued and the product may be returned to the customer at their expense.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
- Unboxing evidence, where applicable
After evaluation we will offer:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Refund, where replacement is not possible or reasonable
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.
